Got up early this morning to bake some San Francisco Sourdough bread. I love the way this bread tastes. It IS somewhat of a pain to make as it takes almost 3 days from start to finish. This has been, by far, my best effort using this formula -
Tighter bread crumb structure but not too shabby -
